In the last six years, Yvents! has established an excellent rapport and garnered the support of corporate sponsors, regulatory authorities, government ministries and royal families, venue owners as well as the national media in Malaysia, thereby consistently attracting tens of thousands of audiences to its shows.

Yvents! corporate sponsors have included the two largest telecommunication companies in Malaysia, Maxis and Celcom, as well as two of Malaysia’s largest banks, CIMB Bank and RHB Bank. The Star, Malaysia’s leading national English daily and Astro, Malaysia’s satellite TV network have also been the default media partners of Yvents! for all its shows and a defining characteristic of Yvents! marketing campaigns are its full-page, full colour print advertisements in the national press that garner its shows nationwide publicity.

Yvents! most recently secured the rights to and staged one of Broadway’s longest running smash hit musicals, ‘Chicago The Musical’ in Malaysia in November 2007 to critical acclaim.

Yvents! is currently promoting a season of Disney’s blockbuster, multi-award winning musical, “Disney’s Beauty & The Beast - The Broadway Musical” to be staged in Malaysia from June 24 to July 3rd 2008.

In May 2007, Yvents! staged the world famous award-winning ‘My Fair Lady’ The Musical, by Bronowski Productions, in Kuala Lumpur as part of the Malaysian Government’s Visit Malaysia Year 2007 nationwide and regional campaign. The Star described the performance with the headline ‘A spectacular musical affair’.

Yvents has successfully staged and presented the smash hit musical ‘Grease’, produced by Phoenix Productions in May 2006. It has also established a strong track record in promoting and staging the super brands in family entertainment, namely ‘Cartoon Network’ in June 2006, ‘Sesame Street’ in December 2004 and ‘Barney Live’ in July 2004.
